This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Completion of 100% of required course materials
  • Participation in required live or recorded components
  • Submission of required assignments, assessments, or evaluations

Certification is not guaranteed based solely on enrollment, time spent, or access duration.

  • After 7 days from the purchase date, all tuition payments are non-refundable, regardless of participation level, progress, or completion status.

  • Refunds are not issued for missed classes, incomplete coursework, or scheduling conflicts.

7. No-Pause & Continuous Participation Policy

  • All Programs are designed to be completed through continuous participation.
  • Pausing, stopping, or restarting a Program is not permitted.
  • Students may not start and stop a Program or defer participation beyond the allowed access period.
  • Incomplete participation does not extend certification timelines or refund eligibility.

8. Extended Access Options

For certain Programs (including Level 1 and Longevity), students who require additional time may enroll in a month-to-month membership, subject to availability.

  • Month-to-month access provides continued access to course materials and live calls while membership fees are paid.
  • Extended access does not modify certification requirements and does not guarantee certification.
  • Month-to-month access may be discontinued at any time by the Kalish Institute.

All Program materials—including videos, recordings, slides, handouts, frameworks, protocols, and written content—are the exclusive intellectual property of the Kalish Institute.

  • Use materials for commercial teaching, resale, or derivative works
  • Share recordings or resources outside the Program

Violation of these terms may result in removal from the Program without refund and potential legal action.

10. Professional Conduct

The Kalish Institute reserves the right to remove any student from a Program for behavior that is disruptive, unethical, unprofessional, or inconsistent with Program standards or community expectations.

Removal under these circumstances does not entitle the student to a refund or extended access.

11. Program Modifications

The Kalish Institute reserves the right to modify:

  • Course content
  • Instructors or presenters
  • Schedules or delivery methods

Such modifications will not materially reduce the educational value of the Program. Updates will be communicated when appropriate.
