By enrolling in the Kalish Institute Mentorship Program (“Program”), you (“Student”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Program Access & Duration
Enrollment includes 12 months of access, beginning on the date of the first live lab interpretation call, to:
- Mentorship Program course materials
- Weekly live lab interpretation calls
- Resource Library, including recordings of live calls
Access automatically expires at the end of the 12-month term unless extended through an approved option.
2. Live Calls & Recordings
Live Calls
Students select a weekly live call time during enrollment. Call times are subject to availability. Requests to change call times must be submitted to [email protected].
Recordings
Recordings of live calls are uploaded to the Student Portal by the end of each week.
3. Certification Requirements
To earn a Kalish Institute Mentorship Program Certification, Students must:
- Complete 100% of required course materials
- Complete 12 months of live lab interpretation calls
- Pass the final assessment
Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of all requirements and is not guaranteed.
4. Tuition, Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Students may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee
- After 14 days, tuition is non-refundable
- No refunds are issued for partial participation, missed calls, or incomplete coursework
- Enrollment is non-transferable
5. Payment Responsibility
By enrolling, Students agree to pay the full tuition amount, including any payment plan selected at checkout. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of Program access.
6. Pause & Withdrawal Policy
Pause requests are reviewed case-by-case and granted only for extreme circumstances.
If a pause is approved:
- The Student is withdrawn from their current cohort
- The Student has 6 months from the withdrawal date to re-enroll
- A $500 re-enrollment fee applies
- After 6 months, tuition is forfeited and full tuition is required to rejoin
- Tuition obligations remain in effect regardless of participation status
7. Incomplete Coursework
Students who do not complete all required coursework within the 12-month Program term may continue their training by enrolling in the Mentorship Membership, a monthly subscription available to Program graduates.
Membership pricing and terms are subject to change at any time.
8. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All Program materials—including recordings, slides, written content, and case discussions—are the intellectual property of the Kalish Institute and are provided for individual use only.
Students may not record, reproduce, distribute, share, teach, or resell Program materials without prior written permission.
All case information shared during the Program is confidential and must not be disclosed outside the Program.
9. Professional Scope Disclaimer
The Mentorship Program is an educational training program only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Students are solely responsible for applying Program content within their professional scope, licensure, and applicable laws.
10. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to engage respectfully with faculty and peers and to maintain the integrity of the learning environment.
The Kalish Institute reserves the right to remove any Student who violates Program policies or disrupts the Program. Removal for cause does not entitle the Student to a refund.
11. Program Modifications
The Kalish Institute reserves the right to update course content, instructors, schedules, or delivery format as needed. Changes will not materially reduce the overall educational value of the Program.
12. Acceptance
By enrolling in the Mentorship Program, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
